Shipping Location Availability & Rates

We currently have shipping set with calculated rates for Canada, US and Australia. This means that our system will take the weight of the artwork, and calculate shipping prices based on the rates available from the shipping carriers. Heavier packages such as framed artwork or originals will be calculated for shipping based on the available shipping carriers. 

For orders outside of North America, please email info@jfritzart.com, or message us on the homepage, and we will help you get a custom shipping rate set up! 

Local Pickup & Delivery 

Local pick up and delivery is available as an option in Victoria, British Columbia. If you wish to use local pickup, please email info@jfritzart.com, or leave a note on your order indicating when you would like to pick up your artwork! Please note, if you chose local pickup, but are located outside of Victoria, you will need to pay for additional shipping, or the order will be cancelled. 

Processing Time 

Our products are held to the highest quality standards. Prints are made right here in the studio in Victoria, BC. If we have stock on hand, orders are processed within 3 business days. If stock is low, and new prints need to be made, please allow 7 business days for printing and processing. 

Please note that some specialty products, like Canvas Prints, cannot be printed in house, and we therefore work with a printer to help us fulfill these orders. For this reason, we allow 7 business days to process and print the orders, and an additional 7 - 14 business days for shipping.

 

Shipping Damages & Time Delays 

Please note that we package all art to the best of our ability. Prints are lined with heavy cardboard to prevent bending and creasing, and larger items like framed prints, or originals are padded extensively. We acknowledge that we take all precautions to protect your orders, however, once the items leave the property of JFRITZ Art and are transferred to the Shipping Carriers, all responsibility lies on the shipping carrier. For that reason, larger, higher value items will have higher prices for shipping to cover increased insurance policies. 

Lost Items - it is rare, but shipping carriers have lost packages in the past. While this is an extremely unfortunate event, insurance should cover the complete loss of the product, and Jordan will offer either a full refund or to recreate another piece in replace of the original order. 

 

RETURNS

Artwork created by Jordan Fritz goes through extensive labour, inspection and quality assurance prior to being shipped off to our clients. We use the highest quality products for our prints, and original artwork is created by Jordan himself right in Victoria, British Columbia. 

We use high quality photos and renderings to display our products for viewing on the website, to give the best representation of the actual products. Sometimes, the screen being viewed on has different colour configurations and for this reason, we cannot guarantee that all images will match the products exactly as they are. 

We do not offer a refund policy for our products, however, in the chance that you have received a product that is not that of what you purchased, or looks as if it has been tampered with or damaged prior to being shipped we will be happy to work with you to determine the best course of action.
